The Korea-America Finance Association (KAFA) FIN (Female Initiative Network) represents a dynamic and progressive platform dedicated to empowering female professionals in the finance industry. Its mission centers on fostering a supportive community that encourages the growth, development, and success of women in finance while bridging Korea and America.

Through networking events, educational workshops, and mentorship programs, the FIN facilitates knowledge sharing, promotes leadership opportunities, and enhances women's visibility in finance. The initiative underscores the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the global finance community and aims to create spaces where women can thrive and shape industry evolution.

The 1st KAFA FIN Seminar Series

We are excited to announce the 1st KAFA FIN Seminar Series, which will be held virtually on June 5, 2025. The seminar offers KAFA female members an opportunity to present and receive feedback on work-in-progress research.

KAFA Women's Chapter — 2024

KAFA launched the Women's Chapter to foster networking and collaboration among female finance researchers. The inaugural KAFAWC dinner at the FMA conference welcomes all women, including current and prospective members.
